ARRTS 17.2 hits production week
Each May and November Rebus is contracted by Cleanstar to deliver the Acting and Performance stream in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Arts for Recovery, Resilience, Teamwork and Skills (ARRTS) program. This four week program is run twice a year for Defence personnel who have experienced physical or psychological injury during service in the Defence Forces. After three weeks of actor training, puppetry, clowning, physical theatre, and text work we are heading into production week for our fourth ARRTS program this week. We have an amazing ensemble of actors who have soaked up so much material throughout the program, and worked together to devise an eclectic performance that will make audiences laugh, cry, and everything in between. The ARRTS program also offers Music, Visual Arts, and Creative Writing streams and culminates in a final showcase for invited friends, family, and ADF personnel.
If you know anyone who might benefit from the ARRTS program, application forms and FAQ'a can be found here.
